Going Live

In order to go live, use the environment toggle at the top of the screen, on the desired collection or workflow, to switch from the test environment to the live environment.

To successfully move to the test live environment:

1️⃣ Ensure your organisation information is complete and submitted

2️⃣ Ensure that your account has been approved

3️⃣ Test the APIs or SDKs in our sandbox environment.

4️⃣ While this step is not mandatory, we recommend that users test before going live.

On live environment

When a workflow or collection is live, the prices of verification requests are deducted from the live wallet at the point of making requests.
