Organization can choose to hide the applicant form section from their QoreID Dashboard. If done, the applicant form will not be shown to the end-user, but might be required to be passed in from the host app.
Applicant data from host app must begin with a "+" character, as per international phone number format.
Show/hide applicant form based on Organisation's "displayApplicantForm" preference
